2023/24 Chatbot Operation and Maintenance
The GNTB should work to advance German incoming tourism with digital innovations by driving key technological projects that will ensure the future marketing of Germany as a travel destination in times of digital change. These include the implementation of a tourist chatbot with existing and further produced assets.
As a medium-term after-effect of the corona crisis, international travelers will continue to be unsettled in 2022 and there will be a correspondingly high need for information. For the marketing strategy, information should therefore be expanded in digital media such as chatbot.
At the end of 2022, GNTB has is own Chatbot in Market China developed, which support single- and multiple round dialogues with general travel information and specific theme of German Local Culture. As for its complicated technical system, a professional agency is necessary for daily operation and maintenance, such as technical support, maintenance of bots and offering analysis and reporting.
